The water level is down 5 cms since yesterday and 60 cms down since the 25th of September!
The water level at the moment is normal in the middle of June, but 50 cms higher
than normal for the time being. Nice weather for fishing is predicted for this week

30th of September.
The water level is down 14 cms since the 28th. The high air preassure and nice weather
goes on. No waterflow figures from the power station today (moose hunting in the
area this week) . Compared with similar water levels earlier this summer, the water flow
this morning is aprox. 130 m3/s. Water temperature 3 C degrees this morning.
28th of September.
The water level is down 12 cms since yesterday. The high air preassure and nice weather
continue. No water flow figures from the power station today, water temperature 3
C degrees this morning.
27th of September.
The water level is down 30 cms since Saturday. Still high water, but from Thursday
it will be OK for fishing again. High air preassure and nice weather is predicted
the days ahead. No waterflow figures from the power station today.
26th of September.
The flood culminated yesterday evening and the water level is this morning decreasing
2 cms per hour. Water flow this morning 270 m3/s and water temperature 4 C degrees.
25th of September.
Yesterday the water level was up 60 cms and it is still rising (10 o'clock am), but
will turn down again late in the afternoon. Nevertheless, Luc Marcelis, Belgium,
landed 5 graylings yesterday, biggest 43,5 cms! You shall never say never....! Waterflow
280 m3/s and water temperature 4 C degrees at 3 o'clock pm today. The water level
is now up 90 cms the last 36 hours. Still, fishing is not totaly impossible. I landed
3 czech nymph graylings today between 2 and 3 o'clock pm!
24th of September.
Heavy rain last night and yesterday evening is bringing the water level up more than
two cms per hour at the moment. More rain is predicted today and tonight so the
water level might go up more than 60 cms before it turns down again tomorrow evening.
Next week we shall have high air preassure and nice weather so the fishing conditions
will gradually improve again. The waterflow is up to 95 m3/s this morning. Water temp
8 C degrees. The fishing conditions this week end will be good only for those who
want to get away from something...
23rd of September.
The water flow is down to 84 m3/s this morning. Water temp 7 C degrees. 4 fishermen
from Poland and Belgium on the fly zone today and the conditions today are the best

22nd of September.
The water flow is down to 89 m3/s this morning. Water temp 6 C degrees.
21st of September.
The water flow is down to 88 m3/s this morning. Water temp 7 C degrees.
20th of September.
We had rain last week end and high water made the fishing very tricky, but now the
water flow is down again to 90 m3/s this morning. Water temp 7 C degrees. The weather
prognoses are quite good and I think we shall have good fishing conditions next
week end.
17th of September.
Water flow down to 87 m3/s this morning. Water temp 9 C degrees. 2 Germans landed
41 graylings yesterday. Superpuppa, Sawyers nymph and Pink Panter were the winners.
Nice weather and very little rain is predicted for the week end and next week.
16th of September.
Rain yesterday brought the water flow a little up again last night, 90 m3/s also
this morning. Water temp 9 C degrees. 2 Germans landed 10 graylings in a short time
yesterday between 6 and 7 pm.
15th of September.
Rain yesterday brought the water flow a little up again last night, 87 m3/s also
this morning. Water temp 9 C degrees. Just a little rain is predicted the rest of
the week and the water flow will slowly decrease.
14th of September.
The water flow culminated yesterday evening and was 85 m3/s this morning. Water temp
9 C degrees.

Rain Saturday night brought the water flow up to 83 m3/s this morning. The flow will
culminate this afternoon. Water temp 9 C degrees. Roger Öst, Sweden, landed 7 graylings
yesterday, 30 - 44 cms. All on dry fly.
11th of September.
Water flow down to 70 m3/s this morning. Water temp 9 C degrees. The fishing conditions
at the moment are the best so far this summer!
10th of September.
Water flow down to 72 m3/s this morning. Water temp 10 C degrees. The fishing conditions
and weather are still very good.

and weather are very good at the moment.

Water flow down to 77 m3/s this morning. Water temp 10 C degrees.Yesterday was the
best fishingday so far this season. One swedish (20), one norwegian (myself 11)
and five fishermen from Belgium landed more than 150 graylings during the day. Kingfisher
was Philippe Leboutte, Belgium (45 landed graylings).
6th of September.
Water flow down to 79 m3/s this morning. Water temp 10 C degrees. Fishing conditions
are quite good. I landed 11 czech nymph graylings between 08.00 and 09.00 this morning.
5th of September.
Water flow down to 81 m3/s this morning. Water temp 9 C degrees.

Water flow down to 86 m3/s this morning. Water temp 9 C degrees. Weather and fishing
conditions are OK this week end.
2nd of September.
Water level goes on sinking rapidly. Water flow 91 m3/s this morning. Water temp 10
C degrees. Five fishermen from Belgium on the fly zone today and they had quite good
nymph fishing before noon, graylings up to 45 cms. See picture on the photo gallery

1st of September.
Water level rapidly down. Water flow 105 m3/s this morning. Water temp 12 C degrees.

31st of August.
Water level down 30 cms since Sunday and the flow at the moment is aprox 125 m3/s.
29th of August.
Nearly 40 mms of rain the last two days brought the water flow up to 110 m3/s this
morning. Water temp 11 C degrees. The rain will stop today, but the flood will not
culminate before late in the evening. Next week the prophets predict no rain so
the fishing conditions might be normal again next week end. Nevertheless, the fishing
yesterday was quite good even if it was raining most of the day. Nymph before noon
and dry fly in the afternoon. Latest News at 5 o'clock PM. The water flow is at the
moment aprox 130 m3/s and the water level is going up 3 cms per hour. An hour ago
when the rain was over, I went down to the shooting range area to look at the "disaster",
and what did I see? A massive hatching of mayflies size 16 - 18 and frequently rising
graylings! Unbelieveable! Concerning fish and fishing there is one thing that is
for sure: You can never be sure!

water level is going rapidly down; 0,5 cms per hour.

was also quite good and today Raul Martin Moreno, Spain, has landed 18 graylings,
all on dry fly.

Rain yesterday brought the water flow up to 89 m3/s this morning. Water temp 14 C
degrees. Fishing yesterday evening was quite good. Black with a little flash was
the best.
25th of July.
Water flow down to 87 m3/s this morning. Water temp 14 C degrees.
24th of July.
Water flow down to 91 m3/s this morning. Water temp 14 C degrees. After a period with
difficult fishing, the last two days have been considerably better. Team Benenowsky,
Germany, landed several nice graylings between 35 and 40 cms yesterday. Emergers
were their best choice. Martin Jantsch, Germany, had good fishing with a black dry fly
on the lower part of the fly zone late yesterday evening. For the first time this
summer the fishing conditions for are beginning to be really good.
23rd of July.

we had minus 1 C degree!

yesterday, but Bo Jørgensen, Denmark landed 15 graylings and 2 brown trouts in the

degrees.

Water flow down to 107 m3/s. Water temp 16 C degrees. Fishing conditions are beginning
to be good. The water level is now the lowest since the beginning of May and many
hot spots are reachable.

3rd of July.
Water flow down to 126 m3/s. Water temp 15 C degrees. Periods of hatching and risings
during the day. The danica is still there, but a lot of different "stuff" are also
on the water these days.
1st of July.
Rain yesterday brought the water flow up again to 134 m3/s today. Water temp 14 C
degrees. Nice weather today and a lot of different insects in the air and on the
water. The graylings are rising constantly, but are not easy to catch. The danica
is hatching, but sedges are dominating. Matti Fuxborn, Sweden, had nice fishing
today with a small black body dryfly. Bengt Göran Jansson, Sweden, had success with
a danica imitation.

Comment: Compared with last year the number of fish is down, but the percentage
of +40 cms graylings are significantly up!
29th of June.
Water flow 115 m3/s. Water temp 14 C degrees. High water most of June has made the
flyfishing quite difficult. However, there has been periods with massive hatching
and risings. The best day so far was the 22nd of June. Robert Isaksson, Sweden,
landed 44 graylings and Mariusz Rod, Poland, landed 31 graylings. At the moment
"The Green Drake" (danica) has just begun to appeare on the water and I expect to
see a lot of them during the weekend and beginning of next week.
